CMS & Websites
Forget the type of content you want to create, figuring out what platform to make your website can be difficult in itself. There are so many different options, which is nice, but that can make it even harder. Some are more expensive than others, some have more options to choose from than others, so how do you know which to choose? Our answer to that would be to prioritize what is most important for your business to have and go from there. While BMG hasn’t used every single platform on the market, we have used quite a few and there are a couple that stand out to us. Two of BMG’s favorites are Squarespace and HubSpot. Almost all of our current clients are on either of these platforms and for good reason. These are two great examples to talk about because they are really different from each other.
HubSpot
Remember how we talked about HubSpot as a website platform? Yeah it’s also a CRM. We told you HubSpot is amazing. HubSpot has both a sales side and a marketing side you can utilize. The marketing side focuses on the web design and the layout etc. The sales side allows you to manage your sales activities and deals. It lays everything out in a super easy way that allows you to see everything you have going on. One of BMG’s clients utilizes the sales side of HubSpot as well as the marketing side. They have their deals divided out into 8 different categories: prospect, estimate in progress, estimate sent, negotiation, closed won, scheduled, closed lost and job complete. You can easily see which deals are where and click right into them. From there you can see the tracked emails, notes, comments and follow up. Super easy to keep track of and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM that allows you to easily manage and monitor your sales activities and your deals.
