Emailing is a really affordable way to reach out to your current customers and keep them informed on potential deals or simply just letting them know what you guys are up to. With that being said, there are a few different email campaigns you can do. Reengagement email campaigns, drip campaigns and newsletters are a few of the more common email marketing strategies that BMG frequently does for both ourselves and our customers.
Newsletter
Newsletters are another great option you can incorporate in your marketing strategy. A newsletter is a great way for you to update your customers on what’s going on with your company or your industry. This is the place you want to give updates and keep your relationship going. Typically, BMG likes to keep our newsletters more on the casual side with an emphasis on the relationship we have with our customers.
Drip campaigns
A drip campaign is a pretty standard type of email campaign. Basically, it’s a lead nurture campaign. You send your customers or potential customers content specific to where they are on their customer journey. As they move through their journey with your company, you send them content that is specific to them and where they are at. It’s a great way to educate them on your business and on your products while also showing you care.
Reengagement
One type of email marketing that is extremely effective are reengagement campaigns. Reengagement email campaigns are great because it’s essentially free money. It’s a super simple way to try and win back closed lost or unengaged customers. You have the ability to try again and show them who you are and what your brand is. You can also show them different services your company provides to try and win back any future work they might have.
