Messaging Platforms
You might think that having an internal messaging platform might seem like a waste of money or you might wonder if your company actually needs one. We often see that internal messaging platforms get overlooked and we want to tell you why they shouldn’t be. Internal messaging platforms allow you to quickly send a message or chat with someone else in the company. If you have a large company that has offices far away from each other, messaging platforms are great. You have the ability to quickly send a message without having to even pick up a phone. BMG is familiar with and has used both Google Suite and Slack and have found them both to be really useful.
Slack
Slack is a messaging platform that BMG currently uses and one of our customers uses. Slack is really cool because you can have different companies within your account. You can also create groups to chat with, which makes communicating even easier. Slack also allows you to easily upload documents and share them with your coworkers. Again, this is a really user friendly program and allows you to stay in communication with people in your company, no matter how far away they are from you.
Google Suite
Google Suite is really cool if your company utilizes Google and gmail. It all integrates nicely and allows you to chat with co workers directly from your email. It’s another user friendly platform, which is a really affordable way to make your life a lot easier. A win-win situation.
