Sharing Access to Google Analytics
Sign in to Google Analytics
Click Admin in the bottom left of the page
Navigate to the account you want to share access to. You may need to select the appropriate account from the Account dropdown.
In the ACCOUNT, PROPERTY, or VIEW column (depending upon which level is appropriate to add access), click User Management
Under Add permissions for, enter reports@bmgmarketing.io
Select Read & Analyze for the permissions
Select Notify this user by email
Click Add
Sharing Access to Google Search Console
Sign in to Google Search Console
Choose the property you'd like to share in Search Console.
Click the gear icon in the upper right of the page and then select Users & Property Owners
Click Add a new user
Type reports@bmgmarketing.io for the User Email and select Restricted as the Permission Type.
Click Add.
The property will be added to the new user's Search Console account automatically.
Sharing Access to Google Adwords Account
Sign in to your Google AdWords account
Look in the top right corner of any page.
Find “Customer ID” above your email address.
Copy and paste the 10 digit ID and email that to your account manager directly.
We will then request access to your account through Adwords.
Sharing Access to Google My Business Account
Sign in to your Google My Business account
Scroll to the bottom of the Locations page, and click, click Manage Location next to the listing you want to share access to. NOTE - If you do not see the Locations page when you login, click the menu on the left and select All Locations - If you do not see Manage Location under your listing, you may be in the "list view." In the top right of the list of your locations select the squares that say "card view" when hoving over them.
Click Users on the left menu bar
Click the Invite New Users icon in the upper right
Type reports@bmgmarketing.io into the email address
Click Choose a role and select Manager
Click Invite.
Sharing Access to Facebook Ad Account
Sign in to your Facebook Business Manager Settings Page
- If you do not have a Facebook Business Manager Account we can assist with migrating your Facebook Ads account. Contact your account manager and relay that you require assistance in setting up your Business Manager account.Under the People and Assets tab, click Ad Account in the left menu.
Select the specific Ad Account you want to grant access to in the left column.
On the top right hand side of the screen, click Assign Partner
Click Connect your ad account using your partner's business ID instead
Select Ad account analyst for the Role
Add our Partner's business ID: 285274465722425
Click Connect.
